Residents as Teachers (RaT) – Certificate Program
Residents play a large part in the education of junior learners. Residents as Teachers (RaT) aims to support residents’ development as teachers and spark their early and continued interest in medical education.
RaT Certificate Program – How to Participate
The RaT Certificate Program aims to extend residents’ teaching skills beyond the Fundamentals 1 & 2 modules by further exploring teaching topics.
Residents participate in the program by completing five topics which are available through interactive workshops (virtual) or guided self-directed learning. Residents can participate in the program over the course of their residency and will receive a certificate upon completing the program.
