Learners Experiencing Difficulty: Recognize and Respond
What steps can teachers take to address learners experiencing difficulty? This workshop demonstrates a collaborative approach through case discussions and small group activities.

- Identify factors that can contribute to situations in which learners experience difficulty
- Describe recommended strategies to prevent and support a learner experiencing difficulty
- Utilize available resources to support both learners and faculty when a learner is experiencing difficulty
Difficult Conversations: Navigating Through Conflicts
Responding to workplace conflicts, big or small, can take skill. Learn conversational frameworks through peer discussion to intentionally engage learners – and identify when to seek support.
