The previous module on Direct Observation and Feedback dealt with types of conversations which happen in the immediacy of clinical work. Taking the time to do this module will help you enhance wider ranging feedback conversations with Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) learners.

The sharing of thoughtful insights and feedback with a learner in reciprocating fashion should serve to promote the learner’s own reflective practice and encourage them to take more conscious ownership of their learning. When done effectively, these conversations strongly reinforce an educational alliance, where mutual trust helps reframe feedback as a dialogue.
