Workplace-Based Assessments (WBAs) are one of the four pillars of assessment in the medical undergraduate program. This brief module outlines the goals of WBAs in Clinical Skills assessment in UBC’s MD Undergraduate (MDUP) program and how tutors use them to provide feedback for students.
