Winners of 2025 Faculty/Resident Development Initiatives Grants
We are thrilled to announce our winners of 2025 FRDIG. This year’s awards funds innovation or research projects that focus on faculty and residents teaching. Congratulations to our awardees:
- Drs. Rola Ajjawi, Christina Johnson, and Margaret Bearman – Enabling Feedback Conversations Regarding Performance Concerns
- Drs. Sara Jassemi, Janet Greenman, and Maï Yasué – Reducing the Influence of Bias on Competence Committee Discussions
- Drs. Quynh Nguyen and Joel Price – Structured Pre-, Intra-, and Post-Operative Teaching Model to Enhance Faculty-Resident Teaching in Cardiac Surgery
