RIME is a framework to support accurate and reliable clerkship assessments.
It clarifies the roles, capabilities, and goals of each learner level, allowing for a more informed assessment.

RIME addresses common questions, such as

    • “What does my learner know, and what tasks can I assign to them?”
    • “What line of questioning is appropriate to this learner?”
    • “How can I best support my learner in this stage?”
